List Styling Basics

Lists are used to enlist various items or illustrate the sequence to be followed. CSS offers various properties to stylize lists as

• List-style-type property to present marker styles for bulleted lists and numbered lists
• List-style-image property to provide a custom marker for each list item
• List-style-position property to control the positioning of list item markers
