Preview Documents and Web Pages
Microsoft Word provides a preview feature that allows you to view your document before printing or saving it. Here are the steps to preview a document in Microsoft Word:
Open the document you want to preview.
Click on “File” in the top left corner of the screen.
Click on “Print” or press “Ctrl + P” on your keyboard.
Click on “Print Preview” in the top left corner of the “Print” dialog box.
Use the navigation buttons in the bottom left corner of the preview window to move through the pages of your document.
Use the zoom slider in the bottom right corner of the preview window to adjust the zoom level.
Click on “Close Print Preview” to return to the document.
To preview a web page in Microsoft Word:
Open Microsoft Word.
Click on “Insert” in the top ribbon.
Click on “Object” in the “Text” section.
Select “Create from File” in the “Create New” tab.
Click on “Browse” and locate the web page you want to preview.
Click on “Insert” and then “OK” to insert the web page into your document.
Double-click on the web page to preview it.
