Offences by companies

Under this Act offences by companies – at the time the offence was committed if the person committing an offence is a company.The Section 30 of the Act states the Offences and penalties. Hence, provides that if there is an engagement of an apprentice by an employer. Who isnโ€™t qualified for the position offered.
