Mouse Troubleshooting

• Check for proper plugging of the mouse cable into PC.
• Examine for pins in the connector for any damaged.
• Check for any residue in the ball. Remove any residue with a cotton swab and alcohol.
• Check the computer mouse driver.
• Attach a working mouse to PC and verify, if new mouse is working then the older mouse is problematic else there is a motherboard-related problem.
