Training Pitfalls- In a perfect environment, training will always be prosperous and successful. There are various ways through which training can go wrong. According to a 2001 intentional planning workshop on human capital funded by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences’ (NIEHS) Worker Education and Training Program (WETP), there are numerous possible difficulties that can lead to either trainer exhaustion or a less prosperous and successful training session.

How the Trainers Grow Exhaustion
- Trainers get into a rut by always getting the training on the similar subjects.
- They get into a rut by continuously using the same training approaches.
- Trainers get unhappy because of the organization’s lack of support and help towards them.
- Their hands are knotted to an insufficient financial plan.
- Trainers do not get the current train-the-trainer training.
- They do not get suitable resources or instructions for training programs across language hurdles and cultural dissimilarities.
- They do not receive enough fields to modify their training sessions beyond book knowledge.
