The common philosophies of creating an efficient lesson planning are:

Objectives- These are the points that should be referred while creating the objectives for the lesson planning:

  • Transparency of objectives of a lesson.
  • Transformation of common objectives.
  • Available time of training.
  • The importance of the target objectives, for both the trainee and the trainer.
  • Chances of achieving behavioral objectives with the help of a trainee’s distinctiveness and physical characteristics that are available.

Trainees’ background- Trainer should deliver the lesson to the trainees, so, that they can be taken into concern at the time of planning the lessons for the trainees. If the trainers know the trainees perfectly, they can make possible the delivery of the lessons and can also include demonstrations, deliberations, etc. at the correct areas to make the training process more vigorous and interactive.
