A manufacturer is someone who manufactures the articles and substances for factory or any other use. Like the factory occupier, there are also some General Duties Of Manufacturers Etc. There is a list of things a manufacturer shall keep in mind before manufacturing the articles.

 

 

• He must ensure while designing the article to consider all the risk factors whether health or safety.
• The articles constructed should be safe and without any risk to the health of the working employees while using them.
• There must happen certain risk examination tests of the products in manufacturing.
• While manufacturing makes sure that the respective articles must possess the adequate information to be available for the user:
• The information must be in connection with the use of the article in any factory.
• Mention all the necessary conditions like- when it put to such use will lead to such and such results. Including all the risk and safety factors.

Things to consider when the manufacturer is from outside India

• The imported articles must meet the safety standards set by the Indian government.
• If the articles don’t meet the safety measures, then they should not be put to use.
• Every manufacturer must discover and research all the necessary safety measures to take while manufacturing the articles.
• Also, if the article is above the standards set by the government of India, then the article conforms to such standards.
