Fixture Management

Fixtures are items or installations used in a store to stock and display the products, for e.g. tables, racks, bins, etc. Since the display of entire merchandise is dependent on fixtures, they need to be in line with the overall image of the store. All the other factors of Space Planning are also related to fixtures. Even from financial viewpoint Fixture management is important as big chunk of investment is made for buying these fixtures. Thus Fixture Management is an important activity for a Retailer.
