These are a few guidelines for an effective dependency management
- Authority: These involve deciding that who will make what decisions, which will have the final say.
- Roles: This involves clarifying the expectations and defining each individual’s responsibility.
- Goals/values: This involves explaining the goals and identifying the success, explaining the risks.
- Accountability: This involves deciding how progress will be tracked and what will be done to rectify the mistakes.
