Configuring IPv4 Steps

Go  to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet Connections.

Right-click local area connection icon and select properties.

Select Internet Protocol and click Properties button.

Click ‘Obtain an IP Address Automatically’ for dynamic IP by a DHCP server else, give IP address manually.
