Most of the problems can be overcome in order to improve work performance. Code of work ethics is a set of rules, standards and principles to guide our work behavior.

Some of the codes of work ethics for all of us to be followed diligently are stated below.

• Be regular and punctual at work
• Be available at your work station and do the work assigned to you
• Be polite, patient, courteous and respectful to all
• Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to do the job assigned to you
• Be prepared to learn and update yourself
• Find more and more efficient ways of getting your work done
• Manage and apply your resources efficiently
• Follow the rules, policies and procedures of your work strictly and uniformly
• Do not indulge in favoritism and discrimination while doing your duty. Treat everyone equally.
• Have respect for all kind of works
• Do not accept favors that may negatively influence the performance of your work
• Be loyal to your organization
• Expose any type of dishonesty (wherever discovered) towards the organization
