Try to pin down on the best ones which suit the need of the company functions, the manager should take pre contract brochures or tenders to find about the companies. Then, make meetings with the respective people and return to its own company for decision making. Once the party is settled, written contract with all appropriate clauses should be exchanged for any future reference or legal purpose. The work does not end here as the manager should constantly evaluate whether the company is performing to its said targets or not.
