Assumption 2: Adult learner experience

Assumption 3: Readiness to learn

Assumption 4: Orientation to learning
Emphasize how the subject matter can solve the difficulties that an adult learner faces repeatedly. Adult learners need to know the why and when before they get engage in the learning process.
Assumption 5: Motivation to learn
There must be a valid reason behind each and every learning activity. You need to motivate the adult learners to let them learn effectively. For this, provide them reasons for every learning activity, assessment, and module they require to complete the training.
