E-Government projects need to be managed for their proper implementation and which also involves various sub-processes like BPR and change management etc.
These 3 types of management models which are applied to e-Governance projects and identified as centralized, decentralized, and hybrid. These are displayed graphically as
Centralized – A system that is based on processing located in one site.
Decentralized – A number of processing deployed in different locations, not connected to a common network and functioning autonomously.
Hybrid – A number of processing units deployed in different locations and linked in a common network.
