Reliability Training Program

Employees are not aware or sensitive towards reliability issues. Thus, an introductory training should be provided to all employees with follow-up courses as needed. Two types of training program usually conducted are

Introductory course – It is for all employees and stresses basics and definitions of reliability.

Advanced course – It is for senior management personnel and domain experts of purchase, sales, service, etc., about techniques applied by reliability professional.
