  • Role: VP, Model Development (People Manager Role)
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Budget: Up to 36-38 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to build predictive models using techniques like logistic regression, decision trees, Random Forest, and XGBoost.
  • Supervise model development, documentation, validation, and testing for multiple projects.
  • Ensure model compliance with regulatory requirements and manage model risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive the use of advanced methodologies like NLP and Generative AI models.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on analytics experience (SQL, SAS, Python/R).
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with (Pyspark, Hive) and predictive platforms (H2O, AWS SageMaker).
  • Knowledge of US credit card or retail business preferred.
