About The Job:
- Role: US Mortgage (Senior Analyst / Team Lead)
- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Work from Office Only – both Day & Night Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Loan Documents required for real estate transaction.
- Understanding TRID Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package·
- Reviewing Title CD and updating fees in system.
- Knowledge in Balancing CD
- Sound knowledge in Calculating Closing Costs
- Good understanding on Change of Circumstance.
- Ensuring Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Team Collaboration & Adherence to Deadlines
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending State and Federal Regulations
- Experience with Loan origination Software
- Flexible, Self-motivated, Independent Judgment
- Good Communication (Written / Oral ) Skills

Education/Experience:
- MBA Finance, Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance / Economics, Graduation (BE, BCOM, BSC or a related field) (A combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed).
- 3 to 12 years professional experience in US Mortgage.
- Candidate must have worked in the US Mortgage Industry and in an onsite offshore model for US mortgage clients.
