About The Job:

  • Role: Underwriting
  • Experience: 0-2 yrs
  • Shift Timings: 8am to 7pm
  • Qualification: Any Qualification except technical

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating applications: Reviewing applications and supporting documents to ensure all required information is included
  • Assessing creditworthiness: Analyzing the applicant’s credit history, income, employment, and debt-to-income ratio
  • Assessing property: Reviewing property documentation like sales contracts, insurance, and appraisals to determine the property’s value
  • Assessing risk: Identifying potential risks and assessing the overall risk level of the loan
  • Making decisions: Deciding whether to approve or deny the loan application.
