About The Job:
- Role: Transaction Monitoring Associate
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 3+ yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activity, structuring, unsupported LOB breaches, and AML/CTF risks
- Analyze customer data, transaction patterns, and behavioral indicators
- Identify and escalate potential red flags to advanced monitoring team as appropriate
- Conduct thorough investigations, conduct open searches and make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records in systems
Requirements:
- Experience in Transaction Monitoring, Payment screening, or Risk Management
- Experience with international banks or FinTech organizations is a must.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, sanctions, and financial crimes
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have:
- Certification in AML, Compliance, or Risk Management (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, AFCS)
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and tools
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
