About The Job:
- Role: Trading Operations Analyst
- Location: Mumbai
- Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage same-day trade allocations for both full-service and clearing-only trades, ensuring client allocation requirements are met.
- Monitor matching systems to ensure all trades match or clear internally. Escalate any unmatched trades to the relevant
- Trading Desk/Traders Assistant via phone or email throughout the day.
- Ensure successful and timely allocation and clearing of trades.
- Perform the expiration process and liaise with relevant teams regarding physical delivery, if required.
- Reconcile positions between internal records and frontend systems, and follow up with proprietary risk managers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve breaks in position reconciliation between internal records and exchanges, working with relevant teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with Technology teams on day-to-day system issues, raise tickets, and ensure follow-through until resolution.
- Communicate with exchanges, brokers, internal and external clients, as well as Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.
