About The Job:
- Role: Test Specialist
- Experience: 5-7 years.
- Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore,
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts test plan reviews and acquires test plan signoff.
- Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps, and expected results.
- Interacts with business analysts/developers and other project team members while developing expected results and verifying results.
- Executes test cases for various types of testing including function, conversion, integration, intersystem, platform, parallel, stress, or regression.
- Logs all defects in Quality Center and manages defects until they are closed, approved, or deferred.
- Provides regular status updates to Test Lead or Project Manager including any known issues or test concerns.
- Provides input or completes Test Report.
- Maintains clear communication with Test Lead.
- Able to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
- Participates in lessons learned.
