Job Description

About the role:

  • Empanel new recruitment vendors & ensure their productivity
  • Close follow up with all the vendors & building their capability thus ensuring constant scale up of their efficiency.
  • Manage the Bulk hiring required across various Business lines.
  • Recruit, train and build a team of FRs & TCs who would be capable of continually delivering the Daily/Weekly/ monthly hiring nos.
  • Explore new & innovative methods of recruitment.
  • Work closely with the all the stakeholders of various business lines & with the internal team.
  • To accomplish this we are looking for leaders with – an aptitude for problem solving, ability for astute decision making, and motivational and interpersonal skills.

Expectations/ Requirements:

  • Should have 5 years + of Bulk recruitment with substantial experience in team management, Stakeholder management and exposure to Vendor management.
  • An ideal fit would be someone who has worked in fast paced Start ups/ e-commerce based industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.

Soft Skills:

  • Should possess – strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done.
  • Has good business judgment, strong prioritization skills, an unwavering focus, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment
