About The Job:

  • Role: Staff Engineer
  • Required Experience: 8-10 years
  • Location: Noida
  • Must Have Skills: MySQL, GCP, Python.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize complex SQL queries and manage database schemas to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable data pipelines using python.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Exposure in Java for building scalable, enterprise-level applications is a plus.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver on join initiatives.

Competence Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying, optimization, and management.
  • Experience in Python for application development, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully solving complex technical issues.
