Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing risk: Evaluating the potential risks of business decisions, especially in regard to the company’s reputation and assets
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that the company, its employees, and its projects comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Investigating and resolving: Checking for, investigating, and resolving any potential unethical or illegal behavior
- Managing the compliance team: Managing the compliance team to ensure that all employees and the company follow the guidelines
- Balancing innovation and growth: Helping the company balance innovation and growth with regulatory compliance
