  • Experience: 8-11 years
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

  • Strategic Partnering: Align with hiring managers on needs and selection processes.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, prescreening, HR interviews, and offers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth, engaging onboarding.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Use market insights to enhance hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
  • Experience: 8+ years in tech recruitment, proficient in multi-channel sourcing
