  • Experience: 0.6-1.5 years in recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions in technical or analytical domain.
  • Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
  • Involved in end to end selection procedure.
  • Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Report & Data Management
  • Revenue Generation & Targets
