About The Job:
- Role: Senior Process Analyst
- Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)
- Experience: Min 3+ years of experience into insurance claims process is mandatory
- Shift Time: UK shifts (6am-3pm / 3pm-11:30pm)
- Qualification: Any graduates only with 55% aggregate & above
Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Develop solutions: Create solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure alignment: Ensure processes are aligned with the organization’s objectives and guidelines.
- Gather data: Gather data through interviews and other methods to understand how processes are executed.
- Develop recommendations: Prepare documentation and develop recommendations
