Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Sales Team Support: Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues. Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Present sales metrics to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in managing managers and more than 4+ years of experience in sales.
    Strong communication and inter personal skills.
  • Effective prioritization & time management skills to balance various responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Sensitive towards building right culture at work place and team bonding.
