About The Job:

  • Position: Senior IT Recruiter
  • Location: Pune, Baner
  • Salary: 10-12LPA
  • Timing: 9 am to 6 pm Mon to Fri

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record in successfully filling senior-level positions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
