About the job:
- Role: Senior Engineer (tech support)
- Location: Gurugram/Noida
- Required Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Skills:
- Cloud architecture
- Microservices architecture (MSA),
- SQL
Responsibilities:
- Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming incident requesting Production Support
- Recognizes problems, conducts research, provide resolutions, and follows up with user as needed, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team
- Triage product issues, provide workarounds where possible, and identify the root-cause
- Prepares standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports
- Provide on-call support for rotations and escalations
- Required to work in a 18X7 shift pattern on a rotational schedule as well as covering weekends/public holidays
Requirements:
- Understanding of SQL basics, ability to debug/troubleshoot applications written on Go, Python, React
- Good understanding of REST API, Postgres and Mongo
- Experience in Monitoring tools like DataDog
- Knowledge of AWS Aware is an added advantage.
