Primary Skills:
- Strong proficiency in using Celonis for process mining, optimization, and discovery.
- Advanced ability to extract and manipulate data from different sources using SQL.
- Process Optimization: Expertise in analyzing, identifying, and optimizing business processes.
- ETL Processes: Experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and design effective solutions.
- Managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.
Secondary Skills:
- Basic proficiency in scripting for data analysis.
- Ability to create visual reports and dashboards for presenting findings.
- Basic understanding of methodologies for continuous process improvement.
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
