- Role: Sales Compensation Specialist
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Compensation: Up to 6 LPA
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
- Communication Skills: Excellent (Versant Score: 60 or above)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process sales compensation plans accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely calculation and distribution of sales commissions and incentives.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address discrepancies or queries related to compensation.
- Analyze and provide insights into sales performance data for continuous improvement.
