About the job:

  • Role: Reporting Consultant PMO
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Experience: 5-10years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects, monitor project progress, and report to senior management.
  • Transition Management: Finalize and execute transition plans, develop training modules, refine procedure manuals, and create checklists.
  • Process Rationalization & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Documentation: Create project charters, governance models, workstream structures, risk logs, and UAT plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and report on project status, risks, and issues.
  • BU Testing: Develop UAT plans, manage issues, and track progress.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly in the financial services industry with a focus on change management and automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting).
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, UI Path, VBA Macros.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management/Investment Management and Derivatives.
  • Experience with regulatory projects like PRIIPs, MiFID II.
