About The Job:
- Role: Regional HR
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 5+yrs
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support talent acquisition efforts in the region, working closely with hiring managers to ensure
the right talent is sourced and hired - Partner with business leaders and other verticals across the northern region to drive HR
initiatives - Provide counsel on employee relations issues, addressing concerns and managing conflict
resolution processes in a timely and effective manner - Drive employee engagement programs to support a motivated and positively connected
environment - Support the creation of an inclusive and diverse work culture
- Implement HR policies and programs in the northern region, ensuring consistent application and
adherence. - Provide regular HR reports and insights to senior leadership of the region
Skill & Knowledge:
- A Master’s degree or HR certification with graduation is preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or
similar HR position - Prior experience in a regional or multi-site HR role is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
across multiple levels of the organization - Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the regional market
- Frequent travel within the northern region will be required
