About The Job:

  • Role: QA Test Manager
  • Experience: 10+yrs
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA team to create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for complex financial applications.
  • Experience in handling large enterprise Project, managing multiple programs, managed at least 10- 15 team ppl in the team.
  • Implement best practices and automation techniques to ensure high-quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans addressing both functional and non-functional requirements, while overseeing test execution on various platforms (web, mobile, APIs, back-end).
  • Communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders to report QA risks, timelines, and progress, while making recommendations for timely delivery.
  • Act as the QA subject matter expert in pre-sales engagements, creating tailored proposals that demonstrate our QA capabilities relevant to fintech products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in quality assurance management, particularly within fintech, capital markets, and digital banking.
  • Expertise in test planning, execution, and automation of both functional and non-functional tests.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop QA teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across various business units.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and standards in the financial services industry.
