About the job:

  • Job Title: FID Transformation – Project Manager
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Shift: EMEA (12:00 PM – 9:30 PM )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple Fixed Income projects to drive business growth.
  • Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, working with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Legal, Risk, Finance, etc.
  • Define project business cases with a focus on cost reduction and strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and ensure benefits realization.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services (Fixed Income or OTC Derivatives) and project management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
