  • Process Manager – Segmentation Specialist
  • Pune / Mumbai / Chandigarh| Full-time (FT) | Digital
  • Shift Timings: EMEA/US |Management Level: PM| Travel Requirements: NA

Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud to develop comprehensive customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective segmentation tactics.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets using Adobe Analytics to uncover actionable insights and trends related to customer behavior and engagement.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies within Adobe Experience Cloud to optimize segmentation effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to segmentation performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize segmentation models and strategies based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud, working closely with data analytics teams as needed.
    Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred with 4+ years of work experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud in a segmentation or analytics role.
