  • Qualification: Commerce graduates only with 55% aggregate & above (BCOM/BBA)

Responsibilities:

  • Process improvement: Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Process documentation: Contributing to the development of process documentation and training materials
  • Client expectations: Understanding client expectations and enabling operations to manage outcomes
  • Data analysis: Analyzing data and ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Reporting: Compiling process reports for the production manager
