About The Job:
- Role: Payroll Operations Practitioner
- Experience: 6-8 yrs
- Location: Hyderabad
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Salary: Maximum up to 56000 CTC monthly
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of 15 days
Requirements:
- Understanding Client’s HR policies, procedures and process for end-to-end talent lifecycle management
- Identifying Client’s vendor partners for leadership development, learning delivery, content & knowledge management.
- Identifying Client’s vendor partners for base and incentive management, pay cycle administration.
- Talent development: working with Client’s identified vendor partners for leadership development, learning delivery, content & knowledge management.
- Client’s HR business partner: Organization and position management, leave data administration, employee relation admin, employee data and exit management, employee engagement.
- Goal setting and performance management ongoing reporting and governance.
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
