Mandatory Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in BPO background in the cpacity of deputy manager/operations manager
  • Should have an exposure of managing direct/indirect team of 100+ resources
  • Own the project & client specific SLA’s and productivity
  • Managing an overall span size of 80+ resources
  • Hands-on experience in SLA management, Productivity Management, People Management, Stakeholder Management
