Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for non-IT contract-to-hire positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating contract-to-hire agreements.
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring successful candidate placement and integration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for C2H recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, focusing on non-IT positions and C2H contracts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
