  • Role: Mortgage Underwriter
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai
  • Shift: US Shift
  • Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 Years of underwriting experience with a focus on live, pre-close, and post-close underwriting.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of 4C’s underwriting principles.
  • Proficient in income analysis (W-2, self-employment, and rental income) and credit review.
  • Expertise in title and appraisalreview.
  • Experience with self-employment income calculations and rental income assessments.
  • Familiarity with mortgage regulations and compliance (TRID guidelines preferred).
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
