- Role: Manager-Legal & Compliance
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Location: Gurgaon
- Salary: 10-12 LPA
- Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Juris Doctor (JD) or Master’s degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret changes in financial regulations, laws, and industry standards relevant to fintech operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to address identified compliance issues.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
- KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Payment regulations
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools is a plus.
