Responsibilities:

  • Verifying customer identity- KYC professionals collect and verify customer identification documents, such as passports, driver’s licenses, and utility bills.
  • Conducting risk assessments- KYC professionals assess the risk associated with the parties the organization is transacting with.
  • Monitoring customer transactions- KYC professionals monitor customer transactions and report any suspicious activity.
  • Ensuring compliance- KYC professionals ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
  • Customer due diligence- KYC professionals perform customer due diligence, which involves predicting the financial transactions a customer might undergo
