- Good experience in working across all IT and Infrastructure technologies for Contract to hire and perm positions within
- PAN India locations.
- Recruit candidates for different profiles.
- Explain about the job roles and responsibilities.
- Screening candidates according to the company requirement
- Sourcing candidates through various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin etc.
- Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered and declined.
- Good understanding of technologies and screening the right candidate with good negotiation skills.
- Building good relations with the candidates and maintaining the database.
- Maintaining tracker of all submissions and follow ups
