About The Job:
- Role: International Voice Process
- Location: Pune
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Qualification: Undergraduate or above
- Salary Package: INR 3.97 LPA to INR 4.92 LPA
Skills Required:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent spoken english
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights
Role & responsibilities:
- Resolving billing/technical related issues and answering questions about billing/technical or services.
- Manage International inbound customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
- Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, feedback and respond appropriately.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
