  • Role: Human Resource Practiotioner
  • Role: HR Operations
  • Experience: 2+ exp. in HRO , Oracle HRMS mandatory
  • CTC: 40000
  • Shift: 09:00am – 6:30PM
  • Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Employee Data Management / Employee Services.
  • Handling all the activities of employee life cycle which Onboarding (profile updates) , Employee Data Management ( Job Data ( Salary changes / promotions / transfers) and Personal Data (
  • Profile updates/ leaves / letters/ insurance enrollment etc) and Exit.
  • To have exposure to UAE clients ( not mandatory)
  • Have worked on Oracle – Mandatory
  • Good knowledge on Excel to support on adhoc reports etc
  • Communication skill – Email communication skill in specific
  • Handling client queries / escalations and redressal
