About The Job:

  • Role: HRBP
  • Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad
  • Experience: 2 years in HRBP role in IT/ ITES industry
  • Qualification: MBA HR / MSW (Regular – full time)
  • Language: Fluent English ( additionally regional language would be added advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: Working with leaders and managers to align the people strategy with the business strategy
  • Policy development: Creating and guiding HR policies and strategies
  • Talent management: Attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
  • Employee engagement: Improving employee engagement and productivity
  • Compliance: Managing compliance and legal risks
  • Project management: Managing stakeholder expectations and project scope statements
  • Training and development: Identifying training needs and evaluating development programs
