About The Job:
- Role: HR Data Analyst
- Location: Bengaluru
- Years of experience required: 3 to 6 years
- Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing HR workflows, perform gap analysis, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize trends and key metrics for stakeholders.
- Work with global teams to collaborate on data-driven insights, supporting business decisions and optimizing processes.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data patterns, trends, and support predictive analysis.
- Prepare detailed analysis reports and assist in decision-making with actionable insights.
- Manage data feeds, data reconciliations, and ensure accurate database handling.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard creation, particularly using Power BI, Excel, and VBA.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.
