About The Job:
- Role: Global Operations Processing Control (GOPC)
- Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Control Ownership: Ensure all control processes are completed to the highest standard and in line with team and firm requirements.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure all outputs are produced on time, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Issue Escalation and Resolution: Actively escalate any issues and take ownership of their resolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key -stakeholders and business partners for effective issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the team’s control framework, driving efficiency in all processes.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and produce Management Information, Metrics, and Stakeholder Packs.
- Reconciliation and Data Accuracy: Reconcile internal systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of trade lifecycle data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, with expertise in Reconciliation, Trade Capture, Position Services, Settlements, or Product Control.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
